Maestro Donald Runnicles will join the Atlanta Symphony Brass Quintet on May 7 at Kennesaw State University. If you’re in the neighborhood….(I will do my utmost to get some footage if at all possible). This promises to be wonderful. The ASO this week is performing Janacek’s Sinfonietta and Berlioz’ Requeim. It is my immeasurable pleasure to participate. This is brass playing of the very highest order. Y’all would be proud:-) The brass vine is blooming here in Atlanta these days, everywhere you turn it seems. The quintet will surely be a treat! Theses guys are world-class.
